We are the data controller for the information described below, which means we decide how and why it is used.
Information We Collect
When you book an appointment. Bookings are handled by Treatwell, which collects your name, contact details and payment information in order to confirm and manage your appointment. We receive your booking details from Treatwell so that we can prepare for and deliver your treatment.
When you attend a treatment. For many treatments we record health information relevant to your care — for example allergies, medication, skin sensitivities, relevant medical history and the results of patch tests. This is necessary to treat you safely, and for some treatments we cannot proceed without it.
When you contact us. If you call or email, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and maintain continuity of care.
When you use this website. Our website does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal details. Our booking page loads a booking widget provided by Treatwell, which operates under its own privacy policy.
Why We Use It, and Our Legal Basis
- To provide the treatment you have booked — necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
- To treat you safely — health information is a special category of data, which we process on the basis of the provision of health or social care, and where appropriate with your explicit consent.
- To manage appointments, reminders and aftercare — necessary for our legitimate interests in running the clinic and for your contract with us.
- To meet legal and insurance obligations — including keeping adequate treatment records.
- To send marketing — only where you have asked us to. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
- Treatwell, which provides our online booking and payment system.
- Our professional advisers and insurers, where relevant to a claim or legal obligation.
- Healthcare professionals, where a referral or clinical advice is needed and you have agreed to it.
- Regulators or authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
How Long We Keep It
We keep treatment records for as long as is necessary for your ongoing care and to meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations. For treatments involving injectables or medical devices, records are typically retained for a number of years after your last visit, in line with professional guidance. Booking and correspondence records are kept for a shorter period. Marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to stop.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it
- Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
- Withdraw consent where our use is based on consent
- Ask us to transfer your information to another provider

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
